What is a Laser Key? Sometimes called a Sidewinder Key?

A laser key, or sidewinder key is milled on the sides of the key instead of the edges. 

A lot of newer cars and trucks have begun using this style key blade as the security is slightly higher. 

To duplicate one of these higher security key most people need to contact their dealer, and pay a high price. 

However, American Lock and Key is pleased to have the equipment and expertise to produce these keys. 

Usually, these keys also have transponder chips, another level of security. 

We are experienced at programming the transponder chips that go along with the laser key.
